Russia and Syria accused of targeting hospitals in Aleppo

Russia and Syria have jointly led the use of bombings against ISIS operations in the Aleppo region for the past few years.  In the bombing campaigns, multiple hospitals such as M10 in Aleppo’s al-Sakhour neighborhood and M2 in the al-Maadi district have been heavily damaged by Russian and Syrian munitions.  In spite of the evidence of cell footage and satellite imagery, Lieutenant-General Sergey Rudskoy denies that there is any change to the structure of the targets.

Jordanian activists released after spy agency crackdown

A number of government critics were released by the Mukhabarat, Jordan’s spy agency. most were former military, school teachers, and government workers, and felt that the agency was stepping past its boundaries.  Many of those arrested and held  had called for governmental transparency and boycotts to protest rising prices in a declining economy (due to influx of refugees from Iraq/Syria, whom they used to trade with), or had been part of a group ( like muslim brotherhood).
