It’s never unexpected to hear the media discussing Islamist movements and their many “goals” that they intend to achieve. But assuming that you’ve done some research and kept up with at least a couple of Islamic movements over the past few decades, you’d see that Islamic Movements are far less set in stone than one might think. No, these movements are, in fact, quite malleable. In the youtube clip below, Mohammad Hafez gives an excellent description on the malleability of Islamist groups and what has occurred to them over a span of time in various countries.
